Founded in Toronto, Canada, Abandon All Ships is a post-hardcore band that emerged in 2006. Combining electronic music
with technical and post-hardcore metal, Abandon All Ships originally played covers of Norma Jean songs but eventually began

Abandon All Ships' first album, a self-titled EP, was released in 2009. The album garnered popularity after Abandon All
Ships was invited to appear on the Canadian music channel MuchMusic's show Disband. All Abandon Ships signed to Underground
Operations, Rise Records and Velocity Records in early 2010. The band made an appearance at the 2010 Bluesfest in Ottawa,
Ontario, playing new songs like "Guardian Angel" and "Geeving." Their single "Megawacko 2.0" premiered on iTunes in August
2010.
From October 2010 through December 2010, Abandon All Ships was included on the Monument tour with names like Bury Tomorrow
and The Crimson Armada. Abandon All Ships is also part of the Scream It Like You Mean It North American tour and the Canadian
tour in support of We Came As Romans. Abandon All Ships will headline their own Canadian tour with backing from Skip the Foreplay
and Fall City Fall.
