        AFI Tickets - Iconic Alternative Rock

        Alternative rock is all about breaking through the boundaries put on many genres, and one band that personifies that attitude is AFI. The history of this one-of-a-kind band dates all the way back to when the band members were in high school. Upon graduation, it looked like AFI was over before it even started, but the members eventually reunited to revolutionize the music world.

        The members of AFI hail from Ukiah, California and music was their shared passion. They all eventually dropped out of college to pursue music together full time, and they started building a fiercely loyal underground following. They released their debut album, Answer That & Stay Fashionable, in 1995, and it wasn't long until fans were clamoring to be at one of the AFI concert dates.

        Since they released their debut, AFI has only been on the up. One of the secrets behind their success is their lineup, which hasn't changed much since the band's first gig. By the 2000s, their songs started gaining traction on the charts with singles like "Girl's Not Grey," "Miss Murder" and "Love Like Winter." AFI tour dates are a way to experience their best songs live.
