Over the years, much of the young talent in the entertainment world has been cultivated by Disney. The band Allstar Weekend
wasn't exactly cultivated by Disney, but Disney was certainly one of the first major players to take notice of their work.
They were part of a Disney Channel competition Disney's N.B.T. (Next Big Thing). They didn't win, but their career was launched.
Soon after they finished The Next Big Thing, they were offered a contract by Hollywood records. In 2010, they released
the album Suddenly Yours and started a global following. Their success all started from a dream of young musicians living
in San Diego. They all went to high school together and soon brought their talents together to entertain fans live in concert.
Allstar Weekend is destined for long-term success, judging by the popularity of their
tour dates around the country. Their song style is a fun-loving mix of pop and rock, which draws fans from many walks
of life. They cite Blink 182 as a major influence, which isn't difficult to imagine. Once you have seen Allstar Weekend live,
you will surely be an even bigger fan of their work.
