Originally owned by The Walt Disney Company, the Ducks have not been able to separate their name recognition with a movie called The Mighty Ducks, starring Emilio Estevez and a young Joshua Jackson. The Mighty Ducks of cinema were a youth hockey team of loveable losers who learned how to win from an ex-NHL player (Estevez).
