In 1992 the AFL expanded to include the Arizona Rattlers. Since then, the Rattlers have won eight Wild Card titles, five division titles, five conference titles, and two Arena Bowl Championships (1994 and 1997). 2006 was a disappointment for the Arizona Rattlers, loosing to their rivals, the San Jose Saber Cats, early in the playoffs.
