Asia was formed in 1981 from members of Yes, King Crimson, Emerson Lake and Palmer, and The Buggles. They released their first album, Asia, in 1982, and it was a smash hit, moving to number one on the album charts. They have actually been quite active since then, releasing 12 additional albums, and 14 of their singles have hit the charts. If you haven't seen this band live, you must take in all that one of the most successful supergroups ever has to offer.
