Big Star is an insanely popular power pop band formed in the 1970s, and this musical crew is back after years on hiatus

In Space, Big Star has posted a sprinkling of concert dates at venues across the country, making concert tickets in high demand!
Big Star rose to fame in the 1970s and easily became one of the biggest bands of the British Invasion era, notching chart-toppers
with songs like "The Letter" and "I Am the Cosmos." Despite the comings and goings of band members, Big Star continued to
make music throughout the '70s, thereafter becoming a tour-only group.
Big Star again began creating new music in the 1990s, and a fresh breath of air gave the group a rejuvenated fan base and
a score of new hits. Even despite the death of founding band member Alex Chilton, Big Star has continued to reap success on
the music scene. The power pop outfit has upcoming gigs scheduled for places like the Baruch Performing Arts Center, and plenty
more shows are soon to follow!
Big Star might now be best known for touring rather than creating new hits, but the canon of classics in Big Star's repertoire
are numerous and captivating. If you didn't see Big Star live in concert during their musical heyday in the 1970s, now's your
chance to see them! Get concert tickets now
