its entire history. This venue began as Madison Stadium and was built in 1975. In 1981 the named was changed to JMU Stadium,
and that moniker stood for a number of years until the university settled on Bridgeforth Stadium in 1989. This venue has seen

result. The original capacity of Bridgeforth Stadium was just over 5,000 and since then it has expanded to more than 25,000.
