Brooklyn Nets Playoff Tickets

Brooklyn Nets Playoff tickets

The Brooklyn Nets in 2013-14

The Brooklyn Nets have been looking to show what they're made of this season as they host some of the top opponents that the National Basketball Association has to offer. The Nets are hoping their well-rounded roster will help them contend for a high playoff seed this season. The Nets play in the Eastern Conference's Atlantic Division, a division that also plays home to the New York Knicks, Toronto Raptors, Philadelphia 76ers and Boston Celtics. The Nets battle it out with these teams on a regular basis, so this foursome has been visiting the Barclays Center often throughout the season. The Nets are hoping their busy offseason can help them rise in the ranks of the Eastern Conference.

The Nets are coming off of a busy offseason in which they swung one of the biggest trades ever seen in the NBA, landing both Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett from the Boston Celtics. The Nets gave up quite a bit to get these two players, but the move has not quite worked out as well as the organization had hoped. These two players are definitely starting to feel their advanced ages, but things have come together more and more as the 2013-14 season has progressed. The team lost center Brook Lopez for the season with a foot injury, and one could argue that he was the team's best player up until that point of the season. The Nets know that they can still earn a good playoff seed in the Eastern Conference, but it's going to take consistency down the stretch. Shooting guard Joe Johnson has been playing well this season, and he could be the key to just how high this Brooklyn team can rise in 2013-14. Be there in the stands when the Nets take the court this postseason; it's always amazing to be there in person during the playoffs.

The Experience of a Brooklyn Nets Playoff Game

Being there in person when an NBA game tips off as an amazing experience that every basketball fan should get to be a part of as often as possible. The National Basketball Association is filled with some of the most amazing athletes you'll ever see in person, and that's why so many people flock to arenas across the country. The talent level in the NBA is unparalleled, and that's never more obvious than when you're watching the game from your very own spot in the arena. When it comes time for the playoffs, these players are all ready to step up their game in the quest for the Ultimate prize, the NBA Championship. That makes all of the games more intense than the regular season, and attending them is an experience you'll never forget.

Brooklyn Nets Trivia

Who is the current head coach of the Brooklyn Nets?

The answer is Jason Kidd. Kidd was playing in the National Basketball Association as recently as the 2012-13 season, when he was a member of the rival New York Knicks. Kidd's first season as a head coach has certainly been a learning experience, but it appears that ownership is confident that he's finding his way and could develop into as good of a play-caller as the was a playmaker.

Brooklyn Nets Postseason History

The Nets have been hitting the court since 1967, and have been a part of the National Basketball Association since the NBA-ABA merger in 1976.
