The Buffalo Bisons, the Triple-A affiliate of the Major League Baseball Cleveland Indians, were originally founded in 1880. Though their home field has changed many times over the years, the Bisons have always called Buffalo home. The Bisons have appeared in the Governors' Cup series 10 times in their history. Alumni from the club include Tim Wakefield, Moises Alou, and Dave Roberts, and Kevin Young.
