There are ATMs on the premises. They can be found by Gates B, C, E, M, and N.
Alcohol is for sale on the premises, but standard stadium beverage rules apply. You can't bring any in, or take any out, ID is required, only 2 drinks per customer at a time, and beer sales cease at halftime.
In addition, only 1 beer at a time may be served to a student wearing a colored wrist band, and you can't enter the student section carrying more than one beer.
Large bags and backpacks aren't allowed into the facility.
Amateur photography is allowed, but keep professional cameras with lenses 6" and longer, as well as tripods, at home.
Video recording is only allowed at high school events.
The Carrier Dome asks all guests to abide by a Code of Conduct:
- Don't interfere with the game in any way.
- Intoxication, impairment, and disruptive behavior will be dealt with accordingly.
- No fighting, taunting, threatening, or using abusive language.
- Don't wear obscene clothing or bring obscene signs.
- No smoking or use of illegal drugs.
Lastly, the Carrier Dome reminds patrons that excessive standing disrupts the view of those behind you. Enjoy the game, but please think of others in the arena.
Fan merchandise is available throughout the Carrier Dome.
There's first aid on the premises, found on the lower level concourse between aisles 101 and 102.
You can bring any questions or concerns to guest services, found on the lower level concourse, at aisle 107.
Lost and found items are given to Stadium Control. Check with guest services to locate lost items, or call 315.443.4221. After the event, they're given to the SU Public Safety Department, reachable at 315.443.2224.
The following aren't allowed in the venue:
- Food or beverages, coolers, alcohol, and open bottled water
- Backpacks and large purses or bags
- Baby strollers and umbrellas
- Balls, bats, sticks, frisbees
- Skateboards or rollerskates
- Laptops, iPods, tape recorders
- Laser pointers, air horns, balloons, confetti
- Signs on poles or banners
Restrooms are on the lower and upper concourse, on the north and south of the building. There are no restrooms behind the end zones.
All restrooms have baby-changing tables.
The stadium can hold 33,000.
It's okay to display hand-held signs and banners, but there are a few guidelines.
- No derogatory content
- Don't block someone's view
- Commercial content isn't allowed
- Avoid blocking stadium signage
- No sticks or poles
There's no smoking inside the Carrier Dome. Guests can get their tickets scanned out, and smoke outside.
