Walker was born on August 19, 1969 in Beaumont, Texas. Walker fell in love with music as a child, and as soon as he finished high school, he embarked on his music career. Walker sang as a backup to several acts in the studio, and was eventually discovered by a producer with Giant Records. He has since released eight albums and also wrote and sang the fight song for the NFL's Houston Texans.
