The Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office is located in the Clarian Health Entry Pavilion and is open Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm but is open later on evenings and on some Sundays when there are scheduled events. Children 2 years and older must have a ticket. Bottles and can are prohibited from the venue. There are over 100 points of sale located within Conseco Fieldhouse.

Available for pick up beginning 2 hours prior to the event at the Conseco Fieldhouse box office. Customer must present actual credit card, confirmation number, and photo ID.

One Conseco Court, 125 South Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204: From 65 North or South or 70 East: Take 70 West to the McCarty Street exit. Turn right onto McCarty Street, go to the second stop light (Delaware Street). Turn left onto Delaware Street, go ½ mile and Conseco Fieldhouse is on the left. From 70 West: Take the McCarty Street exit and follow directions above. From 65 South: Take the Fletcher Avenue east exit. Fletcher turns into South Street. Turn right onto Delaware Street. Conseco Firehouse will be on the left.

Conseco Fieldhouse boasts 18,345 seats and first opened in 1999 when the Indiana Pacers hosted the Boston Celtics. Ground was broke to build the facility in 1997 and $183 million was put into building the Conseco Fieldhouse. Conseco Fieldhouse has hosted entertainers like Bruce Springsteen, Pavarotti, Britney Spears, The Boston Pops, Disney on Ice and more.
