Deicide Concert Tickets
Although they hail from the sunshine state, Deicide has produced some of the most demonic
and hell-raising sounds in death metal history. Their no-holds barred shows that combine satanic theatricality and rumbling
thrash metal that resonates to the very depths of whatever is left of their souls have placed them at the top of the lists
for best metal acts throughout their career. If you're looking for a bloody good time, then don't wait a second longer to

one of the most brutal acts on tour now.
Guitarist Brian Hoffman and bassist/vocalist
Glen Benton formed the beginnings of Deicide in Tampa, Florida after Hoffman responded to an advertisement placed by Benton
in a local music magazine. The two joined forces with Brian Hoffman's brother, Eric, on guitar and drummer Steve Asheim to
record their first 8-track demo, Feasting the Beast, in Benton's garage in 1987. Then performing under the names Amon and
Carnage, they began playing the occasional gig around their local venues until the quartet released another demo, Sacrificial,
this time in a proper studio with a legitimate producer, Scott Burns.

In 1989, the
band stormed into the offices of Roadrunner Records, presented their demo to Monte Connor, head of A&R at the time, and
demanded (through some colorful language) they be signed to their first major label. This gutsy gamble paid off, and contracts
were presented to the band the very next day. At the behest of Roadrunner Records, they changed their name to Deicide, and
in 1990 their eponymous debut album immediately cemented their reputation as one of the hottest bands on the scene in the
early 1990's. Their technical skill, heavy sound, complex arrangements, and gravelly vocals set the trend for a new genre
that would quickly build steam.
Deicide Concert Tour
After a nearly 15-year long career and 7 studio albums,
the original line-up splintered over disagreements regarding the band's finances. Glen Benton and Steve Asheim remained as
the front men of Deicide and began rotating in other highly talented musicians to fill in on guitars, including ex-Cannibal
Corpse member Jack Owen, Ralph Santolla (who had previously worked with Sebastian Bach), and Vital Remains guitarist Dave
Suzuki. In spite of near-constant fluctuation, Deicide was able to release five more albums-- Scars of the Crucifix, The Stench
of Redemption, Till Death Do Us Part, To Hell With God, and their most recent In the Minds of Evil-- and continues to tour
across the United States and the world.
