The Kent State Athletic ticket office is located at the entrance of Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center in room 108, open weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm and on select Saturdays; office opens 1 ½ hours prior to every Kent State basketball game. The box office accepts all forms of payment. Children under three years of age are free permitted they share a seat.

From I-71/77/271 to I-480 east, I-480 east becomes St. Rt. 14, stay on 14 into Streetsboro, take St. Rt. 43 south from Streetsboro to Kent, stay on Rt. 43 to St. Rt. 59 (Haymaker Parkway), left on 59, stay on St. Rt. 59 past campus, turn right onto St. Rt. 261, first traffic light turn left. From south, I-71/77/176 to St. Rt. 43 north, follow 43 to 261, right onto 261, right at second traffic light onto Summit Road. From east, I-76 west to St. Rt. 43 north (exit 33), stay right on 43 to 261, right onto 261, right at second traffic light onto Summit.

Visitors may park at meters located in most parking areas, in Student Center visitor lot, or obtain a $2 one day permit from Parking Services. Rates are posted at each meter. Unless otherwise noted, however, parking is free and permitted are not required on weekends and during schedule Kent State University athletic events at Dix Stadium.

The primary football stadium is home to the Kent State University Golden Flashes and is the center piece of the athletic complex, while also hosting KSU softball, women s soccer, filed hockey and indoor track teams. The stadium seats 25,000 and underwent renovations beginning in 2007, though original areas of the stadium still remain from the 1948 groundbreaking. The stadium has never sold out an event.
