Faith Evans Tour Schedule
R&B superstar Faith Evans has done a little bit of everything over the years, bursting
onto the scene back in 1993 and become nothing shy of an international musical superstar. Faith has won Grammy awards and
sold millions of albums, though she still knows how to absolutely bring it when she hits stages all over the country and world.
Her soulful voice has been turning heads for a very long time at this point and she continues to travel to all different great
venues, making it likely that she'll be hitting up a stage near you sooner rather than later.
Faith Evans has some big
concerts lined up that will give you all types of opportunities to see her in action. From the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills
to the Grand Theater at Foxwoods in Mashantucket, Connecticut to plenty of others as well, Faith Evans will be bringing her
cherished songs to audiences on both sides of the country and plenty of sites in between, and this is a show that you definitely
don't want to let pass you by. Once you're there to hear Faith take the concert to the next level with one of her most famous
songs, you'll definitely be glad that you're not still sitting at home.
Faith Evans Background
began her music career in 1993 when she signed with Bad Boy Records, the famous music label known for being instrumental in
the careers of Notorious B.I.G. and P. Diddy. Soon after she met Christopher Wallace, AKA Notorious B.I.G., at a photo shoot,
the two would become very close and eventually got married. She had three straight platinum albums released in the late Nineties
and early 2000's before signing to Capitol Records. While some people know her best as Notorious B.I.G.'s widow, Faith Evans
is a major figure in the genre who has not only released platinum selling solo albums but also collaborated with other big-time
artists like Mary J. Blige, Carl Thomas, and others. She has released five studio albums during her career as well as appeared
in movies, on television shows, and written her memoir, "Keep the Faith," which won the African American Literary Award for
Best Memoir in 2009.
Faith Evans Hit Albums
The biggest break for Evans was her vocals on P. Diddy's Grammy
winning song I'll Be Missing You, a tribute to Evans' belated husband, and Diddy's friend, Notorious B.I.G. who was tragically
murdered in 1997. After gaining some fame with "I'll Be Missing You," Faith struck out to find her own sound and developed
into a force to be reckoned with in R&B. Faith scored her highest charting album in 2005 with "The First Lady," which
climbed all the way to number one on the U.S. R&B charts. 2001's "Faithfully" also had its fair share of popular hits
as well, helping to push that album to number two on the charts to setup the success of "The First Lady." Since then, Evans
has kept busy both in the studio with "Something About Faith" and "Incomparable" and has also been touring all over as she
continues to dazzle with her iconic R&B style.
Faith Evans Trivia
Did you know that Faith was nominated
for a Grammy for a collaboration with Whitney Houston and Kelly Price?
For Whitney Houston's song "Heartbreak Hotel,"
both Faith Evans and Kelly Price gave riveting performances that helped to gain significant critical acclaim. It wasn't just
a hit with the critics, however, as "Heartbreak Hotel" made it all the way to number two on the Hot 100 Billboard charts.
The trio would also make the rounds performing their song live, including a highly watched debut on "The Rosie O'Donnell Show"
in November of 1998. More than just a hit in the U.S., "Heartbreak Hotel" was such a powerful collaboration that it made waves
all over the world, including in Germany, France, New Zealand, the U.K. and more.
