What is StubHub Fan Rewards?
StubHub Fan Rewards is a rewards program we created to give a little something back to our fans for buying tickets on www.StubHub.com. When you join, you'll start earning rewards toward $10 FanCodes for every eligible purchase you complete. Each time you earn $10 in rewards, you'll get a $10 FanCode. You can apply your Rewards FanCode to future StubHub purchases until it expires six months after we award it to you.
Does it cost anything to join?
No - it's free to enroll in the StubHub Fan Rewards program. In fact, once you've earned Rewards FanCodes under the program, you'll save money when you use them for future StubHub purchases.
Enrolling in the program
Can anyone join?
Anyone aged 18 or over, who is a US resident and who holds a StubHub account in good standing, can join.
Can I earn rewards on multiple accounts?
No. StubHub Fan Rewards membership is tied to one StubHub account only and cannot be combined or interchanged with another account.
How do I cancel my StubHub Fan Rewards membership?
We hate to see you go, but if you want to cancel your membership, just click the 'Cancel membership' link in the top right of any StubHub Fan Rewards page. You'll lose any rewards you've earned - but you'll still be able to use any Rewards FanCodes in your account until they expire.
If you change your mind, you can always join again.
How do I earn rewards?
As a member, you'll automatically earn 2% or 3% in rewards toward a $10 FanCode on every eligible purchase you complete, depending on your membership level. Once we verify that you received your order, you'll earn your rewards. Each time you earn $10 in rewards, you'll get a $10 FanCode for future StubHub purchases.
Which purchases are eligible?
As a StubHub Fan Rewards member, you'll earn rewards on every eligible purchase you make. An eligible purchase is any purchase you complete on www.StubHub.com, including service and delivery fees, but excluding any FanCodes, gift certificates, or account credits you apply to that purchase.
Here's an example: Let's say your order total for two tickets plus fees is $100.00 and you decide to use a gift certificate. If you use a $50 gift certificate, you'll earn rewards on your new order total of $50.00. But if you use a $100 gift certificate, your order total will be $0, so you won't earn any rewards.
What are the different rewards membership levels?
There are two membership levels based on the number of purchases you make and the amount you spend on StubHub: Star and Superstar.
How do I become a Superstar member?
When you make 10 purchases or spend $2,000 on www.StubHub.com in a calendar year (January 1 - December 31), you'll automatically qualify as a Superstar member and earn 3% in rewards on eligible purchases for the rest of that calendar year through the end of the next calendar year.
How do I maintain my Superstar member status?
To maintain your Superstar member status, you need to re-qualify each year by making 10 purchases or spending $2,000 on www.StubHub.com between January 1 and December 31 of each year. Once you become a Superstar member, your Superstar benefits will last through the end of the following year.

I just made a purchase on StubHub - when will I earn my rewards?
You'll see the rewards you earned in the StubHub Fan Rewards section of My Account 72 hours after we verify the delivery of your tickets.
How do you calculate the rewards I earn?
We calculate your rewards by taking your [$ order total] x [rewards earn percentage]. Your order total includes service and delivery fees, but excludes any FanCodes, gift certificates, or account credits you apply to your purchase.
Let's say you're a Star member and your order total is $250.00. Once we verify the delivery of your tickets, you'll earn $5.00 in rewards ($250.00 x 2%). If you're a Superstar member, you'll earn $7.50 in rewards ($250.00 x 3%).
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
There's no limit to the amount of rewards you can earn in a calendar year.
When do the rewards I've earned expire?
To remain an active StubHub Fan Rewards member and keep the rewards you've earned, you need to make at least 1 purchase on StubHub every 12 months. So as long as you place one order every 12 months, your rewards won't expire. But remember - once you save $10 in rewards, the $10 Rewards FanCode you'll get will expire six months after we award it to you.
Can I earn rewards when I use a StubHub FanCode, gift certificate,
or account credit?
You'll only earn rewards on that portion of your order that was not paid for using FanCodes, gift certificates, or account credits. So if your order total is $0 after using any of those methods, you won't earn any rewards on that purchase.
How can I check my rewards balance?
Just go to the 'Rewards summary' page in the StubHub Fan Rewards section of My Account.
If you signed up to receive rewards emails, you'll receive member updates with info about your rewards balance.
Why does My Account show fewer rewards than I expected?
Once we verify the delivery of your tickets, you'll earn your rewards. You'll see your rewards balance on the 'Rewards summary' page in the StubHub Fan Rewards section of My Account. You can also see how many rewards you've earned for each order in the 'Activity' section. If you don't see your rewards within 72 hours of the delivery of your tickets, contact us and we'll help you out.
What happens to my rewards if my order is cancelled?
If your order is cancelled, we'll deduct the rewards you originally earned for that purchase. If your rewards balance is less than the rewards amount we need to deduct for the cancelled order, but you have an unused Rewards FanCode, we'll void that FanCode and adjust your rewards balance. If your rewards balance is less than the rewards amount we need to deduct for the cancelled order and you already used your Rewards FanCode, you'll end up with a negative rewards balance.
What happens to my Superstar member status if my order is cancelled?
If you're a Superstar member and your order is cancelled, you won't lose your status for that period - even if the cancelled order reduces the total number of purchases you made or causes the amount you spent for the calendar year to be less than the annual Superstar qualification requirement.
Can I redeem rewards totaling less than $10?
No - you can't redeem rewards totaling less than $10 - and they're not the same as cash. Remember: each time you earn $10 in rewards, you'll get your $10 Rewards FanCode to use on a future StubHub purchase.
Using your Rewards FanCodes
When will I get my Rewards FanCodes?
Each time you earn $10 in rewards, you'll get a $10 Rewards FanCode. If you don't see it in your account within 72 hours, contact us and we'll look into this for you.
How do I use my Rewards FanCode?
You'll find it waiting for you during checkout - just select the check box for the Rewards FanCode you want to use before placing your order.
How long do I have to use my Rewards FanCode?
Your Rewards FanCode will expire six months after we add it to your account. To check the status of your Rewards FanCodes, go to the StubHub Fan Rewards section of My Account and on the 'Rewards summary' page, click 'FanCodes awarded'.
Can I use a Rewards FanCode more than once?
Yes - if you don't use the entire amount on a Rewards FanCode, you can use the remaining balance on a future purchase.
Can I use multiple Rewards FanCodes at once?
Yes - just be sure to select the ones you want to use before clicking 'Place order'.
Can I combine Rewards FanCodes with other FanCodes or account credits?
Rewards FanCodes can be combined with other Rewards FanCodes and account credits. But in some cases, they can't be combined with other Offer FanCodes and you won't be able to select them together before placing your order
Can I partially redeem Rewards FanCodes?
Yes. If you use more than one FanCode and have a balance left on one of them, we'll automatically redeem the oldest FanCode you got (since it will expire first) and you'll have a partial balance left on the newer FanCode. You'll see this info in the 'Unused amount' column of the 'FanCodes awarded' view in the StubHub Fan Rewards section of My Account.
When do Rewards FanCodes expire?
Rewards FanCodes expire six months after we award them to you.
Why was my Rewards FanCode voided?
If one of your orders was cancelled and your rewards balance is less than the rewards amount we need to deduct for the cancelled order but you have an unused Rewards FanCode, we'll void that FanCode and adjust your rewards balance.
Can I give my rewards to someone else? Can I transfer them?
No - rewards and Rewards FanCodes are non-transferable.

Does StubHub Fan Rewards affect commission fees for sellers?
No, commission fees do not increase as a result of this program.
Can buyers use their Rewards FanCodes on my listings?
Yes, buyers can use their Rewards FanCodes for anything they buy on www.StubHub.com.
