Forecastle Music Festival Breakthrough
Since its debut,
the Forecastle Music Festival began to generate support from the local community and surrounding neighborhoods. However, by
2005, the festival had generated so much attention, the organizers had to move it to a bigger space. The festival was thus
moved from Tyler Park to Cherokee Park, which accommodated more musical acts, more activities, and more crowds yet again.
The festival was moved again to the Mellwood Art Center. At its current location at the Waterfront Park in Louisville, the
festival is well equipped to handle tens of thousands of eager fans who come each year. When the Forecastle Music Festival
rolls around again this summer, you don't want to get left in the dust. Be sure to beat the crowds and head over to StubHub
to get your tickets before they're all sold out. You don't want to miss this event!
