Fourth Presbyterian Church Trivia

Did you know the original Fourth Presbyterian Church actually nearly undone by the Great Chicago Fire back in the 1870s?

In an intense coincidence, the sanctuary of the Fourth Presbyterian Church was burned and ruined barely after it was first christened, but the great people who founded the church weren't exactly going to be affected by a little thing like a magnanimous fire. Instead of being discouraged, the members of the church just reorganized and found a different site for their church, bringing the tradition and enthusiasm of the old building to a brand new one in the mid-1910s. Ever since then, this building has become a staple of the local community, and these days you can catch an unbelievable concert in addition to all the spiritual enlightenment you should expect. Once you're there taking in the sights of this wonderfully constructed pathway into the Chicago past, you'll be glad that you're not anywhere else.
