The Georgia Bulldogs have seen many a great player step onto the basketball court to fight for the glory
of this program. The best player to ever don the Bulldogs uniform was very likely Dominique Wilkins. After some great seasons
at Georgia, Wilkins went on to star in the NBA, staying in the state of Georgia by playing for the Atlanta Hawks. Wilkins
made a name for himself as one of the best players in the NBA during his time in the league and has some classic battles with
fellow superstar Michael Jordan. Other great players like Shandon Anderson, Jarvis Hayes and plenty more have dominated for
the Bulldogs, and you just never know when the next great players is going to burst onto the scene and take his game to a

the Bulldogs will be digging in looking to pile up the wins and make a big move up the conference standings. The atmosphere
at the big game isn't something that you can recreate anywhere but the stands, though it's probably best to step away from
the smart phone and learn it for yourself as the Bulldogs look to make their mark on one of the toughest conferences in the
country. But even though Stegeman is guaranteed to have an amazing atmosphere, the Bulldogs are known to get into a couple
of intense scraps on the road as well, and there are always plenty of Bulldog colors sprinkled into the home crowd.

The Bulldogs program dates all the way back to the 1890s, when they were
first came together on the hardwood in a game that was obviously quite a bit different than it's played today. The team now
participates in the Southeastern Conference, a conference they have called home since 1932 and is generally considered the
cream of the crop in college athletics. The Bulldogs have won the SEC Tournament twice, and has been to the Final Four of
the NCAA Tournament one time as well, showing that this is an athletic program that can do a lot more than just dominate on
the gridiron. This is a team that consistently puts together exciting rosters loaded with explosive playmakers, making Bulldogs'
basketball every bit as much of a staple of the Athens campus as the football team.

Wilkins was definitely one of the best players
in the history of the SEC, not just for Georgia, and he didn't just stop after dominating in college basketball. With one
of the most insane vertical jumps ever, Wilkins headed to the NBA and a superstar for the Atlanta Hawks, winning a couple
of slam dunk contests but also showing his all-around game as one of the top scorers in the history of the NBA.
The Bulldogs play their home games at the Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Georgia, a place that is always
rocking with fans ready to show their support for their school in hopes of building on its winning tradition. Even away from
home, however, Bulldogs' fans grab their favorite team gear and pour into the stands, helping to create the perfect atmosphere
for an exciting matchup that you know you'll want to be a part of. With two talented teams trading baskets and a great crowd
