Southern Eagles are members of the Sun Belt Conference, a mid-major that has proven to be among the best in college basketball.
Each year regular season conference play in the Sun belt Conference is full of incredible match ups and games that go down
to the wire. Typically, the Sun Belt Conference is a one-bid conference which places added importance on the conference tournament
which places the winner in the NCAA Tournament. The conference is made up of eleven universities: the Appalachian State Mountaineeers,
