The management office for CityWalk is open from 8am to 9:30pm on Sunday through Thursday and from 8am to 1:30am on Friday and Saturday. There are multiple ATM locations around CityWalk. Lockers are available at a location next to Hot Topic and accept cash and credit. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the valet areas.

From the 101 North, take the Universal Studio Boulevard exit and follow signs to Universal Studios. From Santa Monica, take the 10 East to the 405 North. Exit at the 101 East/South and take the Lankershim Boulevard exit. Turn right and follow signs to Universal Studios Hollywood. From Anaheim, take the 5 North to the 101 North and follow the directions for the 101 North above.

Three parking options are available for CityWalk. The first is preferred parking, which costs $20 per vehicle and is the closest parking area. For general parking, cost varies from $10 to $12 depending on time of day. There is also valet parking. The first hour of valet is free with a minimum purchase of $10. Each hour after that is charged, with a maximum rate of $25.

To take public transportation, take the Metro Red Line to Universal City station. From the station, take the free shuttle bus to CityWalk Hollywood. Cameras, recording devices, cans, bottles, coolers and smoking are not allowed. There is wheelchair accessible seating available at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk.
