StubHub, Inc. Rock-N-Roll Fantasy Official Giveaway Rules
Please read these rules before entering the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility. GIVEAWAY OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. Directors, officers and employees of StubHub, Inc. ("StubHub") and any of its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies and immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and household members (any persons living in the same household 3 of the 12 months preceding the start of the Giveaway) of each are not eligible to participate or win any prizes.  Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Giveaway is void where prohibited.  Automated entries will not be permitted.  Any attempt to circumvent entry requirements will void all entries by entrant.  Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
2. Disclaimer of Liability. StubHub, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled, distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or other computer or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of StubHub; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway entry period is from 10:00:00 a.m. (PST) 9/15/2006 to 5:00:00 p.m. (PST) 11/22/2006 (the "Deadline"). You may enter by going to www.stubhub.com and submitting all information requested.  You may also receive up to five (5) additional entries (up to a maximum of 6 entries total) for each e-mail address of friend you supply for Sponsor to notify about this Giveaway.   All e-mail addresses submitted must be of persons entrant knows personally.  Each friend whose e-mail is submitted will receive an e-mail from Sponsor about this Giveaway.  All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win a prize.
4. (1) Grand Prize. Two (2) tickets to the U2 Concert in Honolulu, Hawaii. Seat location is in Sponsor's sole discretion.  Prize will also include round trip coach airfare for two (2) to/from major airport nearest winner's home to/from Honolulu, HI as well as double occupancy hotel accommodations for 4 days and 3 nights [12/07/2006-12/10/2006]. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the total prize package is estimated to be a maximum of $5,000.   Actual value of prize varies based upon ticket prizes, airfare fluctuations and point of departure.  Any difference between actual value and stated value will not be awarded.  Prize forfeited if winner unable to travel on designated date.  Winner's guest must be at least 18 years of age prior to winner taking the trip unless Winner is the parent or legal guardian of the guest. Winner's guest (or his/her parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) must sign and return Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing of prize.  Winner is responsible for ground transportation to and from the airports, hotel and event(s), all meals and all other expenses that winner or winner's guest incurs in connection with the trip that are not set forth herein.
   
5. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Limit 6 entries per person/e-mail address (self entry and up to 5 referred friend entries). ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
   
   Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.   Prize winner will be notified via mail/e-mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release as set forth herein or prize will be forfeited.  Prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 2 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that StubHub reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials. You will be subscribed to StubHub's Ticket Update newsletter. To unsubscribe follow the instructions at the bottom of the Ticket Update newsletter at any time.
7. Drawing. Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held at StubHub's corporate headquarters on or about 11/23/2006.
8. General Release. By entering and accepting a prize in the Giveaway, if one is awarded to you, you release StubHub, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of any prize or any travel related thereto (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
9. Use of Winner's Name, Likeness. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes permission to use winner's name, likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.
10. Winner List; Rules Request. For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-sized envelope after 12/21/2006 and before the first anniversary of such date to StubHub at 55 Second Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94105, Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator, Winner List. To obtain a copy of these rules, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-sized envelope after 11/22/2006 and before the first anniversary of such date to StubHub at 55 Second Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, California 94105, Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator, Rules Request. Residents Vermont may omit return postage for requests.
11. Copyright Notice. The Giveaway and all accompanying materials are copyright 2006, StubHub, Inc.
12. Miscellaneous. By participating entrants agree that the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California without respect to such states' laws governing the conflict of laws. By participating, entrant agree to be bound by the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for San Francisco, California.  Entrants agree to be bound these Official Rules and the decisions of StubHub, which are final and binding in all respects. StubHub reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway or any entrant's participation in the Giveaway should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond StubHub's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway or if StubHub otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Giveaway as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Giveaway or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to StubHub, the Giveaway or any other entrant (in each as determined in StubHub's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Giveaway. StubHub reserves the right to lock out persons/e-mail addresses whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Giveaway. NO PARTY OTHER THAN STUBHUB IS ASSOCIATED WITH, OR HAS ENDORSED, THIS PROMOTION. StubHub is an online marketplace through which fans can buy and sell tickets to live events.
