Glass Animals Background

Glass Animals is a quartet comprised of Dave Bayley, Drew MacFarlane, Edmund Irwin-Singer, and Joe Seaward. Hailing from Oxford, England, these four musicians have known each other since they were teenagers, and eventually started making music together after they graduated from school. One day, Dave Bayley showed the other three his lyrics and music that he had composed in his free time, and immediately the quartet seemed to click—everybody was on board with starting a band. While the members of Glass Animals may not have a dynamic or exciting story of how they met, their humble beginnings haven't stopped them from achieving significant success at the early stages of their career.

After practicing extensively, Glass Animals released their debut EP, Leaflings, which received moderate recognition in the indie scene. However, after releasing their EP Glass Animals decided to scale back on the practicing and performing for a while in order to focus on attending university. By 2013, however, the band members had come in contact with Paul Epworth, an esteemed music producer responsible for success stories like Adele and Florence, and he decided to sign the band to his label, Wolf Tone. Since then, Glass Animals have been touring all over the world and have released two EPs and their first full-length album, Zaba. There is no denying the fact that Glass Animals has set itself up to become one of the hottest new bands in the world, as their whimsical and slightly eccentric sound is utterly irresistible. Wherever they step out on stage, they accumulate countless new fans, and their energetic live performances have earned them a fantastic reputation as a must-see touring band.

So when Glass Animals stops at a stage near you in the upcoming months, make sure that you are in the audience by checking out StubHub as soon as possible. By relying on StubHub for your concert ticket needs, you could have your Glass Animals tickets in just a few quick minutes!
