The Grand-Am was begun in 1999, and motorsports tickets to the events hosted by this organization have been popular since the beginning. The headquarters of the Grand-Am is in Florida, and the founders of this racing circuit were associated with other racing organizations, such as NASCAR and Indy. The Grand-Am specializes in organizing road racing series for sports cars, touring cars and motorcycles.
The Grand-Am's most popular series in the Rolex Sports Car series which allows modified Porches, BMWs, Fords and others to compete in a wide range of touring events, such as the 24 Hours of Daytona. The other series include the KONI Challenge Series, the Ferrari Challenge Series, the Shell Historic Challenge Series, and the SunTrust Moto-ST Series.
