        Reggae outfit Groundation formed out of Sonoma County in NorCal, where band members attended school at Sonoma State University. The reggae band quickly became a West Coast sensation, performing in venues all across California. Groundation has released hit albums since 1999, when they debuted on the music scene with Young Tree.

        Groundation has released several big hits since their beginnings, including albums such as Each One Teach One, Hebron Gate, We Free Again, Dub Wars, Upon the Bridge, Rockamovya, Here I Am and Gathering of the Elders.
