Fans of lo-fi indie rock will need no introduction to a group like Guided by Voices. They made their debut in the late 1980s and by the early 1990s, they'd achieved cult-like status within a certain core of fans. Guided by Voices formed in 1985 in Dayton, Ohio. It was formed by Robert Pollard. Their first album was released in 1987 on their own label, G Records, entitled "Devil Between My Toes". They would release another album, "Sandbox", that same year on Halo Records.
