Founded all the way
back in the late-1800s, it's not exactly a secret that this is a place known for its academic prowess, its sports excellence
and its pure scenic beauty, but that's not something that you're going to understand unless you actually make it out to see
it for yourself. As the home to the University of California, Berkley is renowned for having one of the best campuses that
you'll find anywhere, and seeing a Bears game brings the whole experience full circle.
Even though it's obviously great
to see the pros do their thing, it's hard to get any more exciting than watching top-tier college basketball. When it's only
pride and school spirit on the line, the whole game is taken to a completely different level, making it always a good idea
to come out and see what all the buzz is about around Berkeley. Once you make it to Berkeley, you'll be kicking yourself for
not checking it out sooner.

for yourself. Once you're there watching one of your favorite musicians or sports teams, the last thing you'll be thinking
about is your seat, however, as you'll be jumping out of it all too often from one shot to the next as a great sports team
brings the house down.

Haas Pavilion Trivia
Did you know that Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson has his jersey retired at Haas Pavilion?
well before he was calling the shots in Sacramento and even before he was dominating at point guard for the Phoenix Suns,
Kevin Johnson was lighting up the scoreboard for the Cal Bears, which means he was routinely bringing the Berkeley crowd to
their feet and helping make the Bears one of the top teams in the nation at the time. Since then, there have been plenty of
amazing moments, making it always a good idea to put down the remote and see the game the way it was meant to be seen.
