Many people likely started listening to the music of the band Headstones because of a recording heard on the radio or from
a friend. Even though their recordings are often collected by fans, that isn't the best way to experience it. Instead, the
best way is by checking out one of their live events. Check out their lineup of concerts and find one near you.
Although music fans in the United States may not be as familiar with Headstones, they are a legendary force in their home
country of Canada. The band formed in Ontario, Canada in the late 1980s and soon developed quite a following. They landed
a record deal with MCA in 1993 and soon exploded onto the mainstream Canadian music scene.
Headstones enjoyed mainstream success, but their sound is hardly catchy pop. Instead, their rough and edgy version of hard
rock is what drew so many fans to their live shows.
The band continued to release albums throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s, but they broke up in the mid 2000s, only to
get back together years later.
Even years later, many of Headstones' fans still enjoy many of their early hits. Some of their biggest successes were singles
like "It's All Over," "Cubically Contained," "Smile and Wave," "Settle" and many others. Of course, hearing these songs and
others at one of their live shows will be an unforgettable
experience for any Headstones fan.
