To log in to your account:
- Click Login at the top of the StubHub web page.
- Type your email address (or username, if you have one) and password.
- Click the Login button.
If you've forgotten your password, click Forget your password ? Type your email address or username and click the Continue button. We'll send a new, temporary password to the email address associated with your account.
You can change or update your account information at any time. To change the information in your account:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click My Info to view your account information.
- Click the Edit Account Info button.
- Change or update the information in your account.
- Click Continue to save your changes or Cancel if you've changed your mind.
If you wish, you can maintain a list of contacts associated with your account. For example, if you purchase tickets as gifts, you may wish to add your recipients as contacts. When you purchase tickets, your contacts are listed as possible shipping destinations.
To add a contact to your account:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click My Contacts. Your Contacts list displays.
- Click the Create New Contact button.
- In the fields provided, type the appropriate information for your new contact. Fields that require information are marked with an asterisk (*).
- If this contact is your Seller Payment Contact, select the checkbox.
Note: Unless you are selling tickets, you do not need a Seller Payment Contact. For more information, read about Adding a Seller Payment Contact.
- Click Continue to save the contact information, or Cancel if you’ve changed your mind.
You can edit, update, or delete contact information at any time. To edit contacts:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click My Contacts. Your Contacts list displays.
- Click Edit This Contact directly below the contact you wish to edit.
- Make the appropriate changes to the contact.
- Click Continue to save your changes, or Cancel if you've changed your mind.
To delete contacts:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click My Contacts. Your Contacts list displays.
- Click Delete This Contact directly below the contact you wish to delete. The contact is immediately removed from your contacts list.
Warning: Once you've deleted a contact, the contact information is immediately removed and cannot be retrieved. Do not delete a contact unless you are absolutely certain that you no longer need the contact information.
To keep your account secure, it's a good idea to periodically change your password. You can change your password at any time. To change your password:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click Change My Password .
- In the Current Password field, type your current (old) password.
- In the New Password field, type your new password.
Choose a password 6-20 characters in length that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. You can use any combination of letters and numbers (in either upper or lower case).
- Verify your new password by retyping it in the Retype New Password field.
- Click Continue to save your new password, or Cancel if you've changed your mind.
If you'd like us to send you event newsletters with news on the latest events, StubHub updates, and special offers, you can join our email list. You can also opt out of our email list at any time. To sign up for (or opt out of) our email list:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click My Preferences to see your email contact preferences.
- Select the checkbox next to each type of email you'd like us to send you. If you do not wish to receive emails, deselect the checkboxes.
- Click Save to save your Contact Preferences.
Below the Contact Preferences are your Interests and Ticketing Preferences. By editing this information, you can customize the emails we send you so they are specific to your interests. Some of your interests may already be listed for you, based upon your browsing and purchase history.
To customize your Interests and Ticketing Preferences:- Click any category on the left, such as My Cities.
- Highlight an item that interests you in the list.
- Click Add.
- Click Edit below any category, such as My Cities.
- Highlight the item you want to remove from your list.
- Click Remove.
Note: If you add interests to My Venues, My Artists, My Teams & Sporting Events, or My Theater, you must also check the corresponding checkbox in your Contact Preferences to receive these updates.
To buy tickets on StubHub.com, you must provide a valid credit card or PayPal account number. If a credit card or PayPal account is not associated with your account, you will be asked to provide this information the first time you try to order tickets. You can add credit card information to your account at any time. However, PayPal information can be added only while you're ordering tickets.
To add a credit or debit card to your account:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click Credit Cards.
- Click the Add New Credit Card button.
- Choose the type of card from the drop-down menu. We accept Visa or MasterCard debit cards and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
- In the fields provided, enter the appropriate information for the card. Enter the card number with no spaces or hyphens (-). Fields that require information are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Enter the three-digit security code for the card. What is a security code?
- Type the billing address associated with the card.
If you've designated a Seller Payment Contact, this contact's information is automatically selected as the billing address. Otherwise, your personal account information is automatically entered.
Note: Be sure the billing address information is correct and matches the information on your credit card.
- Click the Add Credit Card button to save the credit card information, or Cancel if you've changed your mind.
Note: You can add more than one credit or debit card to your account. To add additional cards, simply repeat the above steps for each card you wish to add.
You can edit or update your credit or debit card information at any time. To edit your credit card information:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
- Under Account Settings, click Credit Cards. Your Credit Cards list displays.
- Click Edit This Credit Card directly below the card you wish to edit.
- Change the appropriate information for this card. Enter the card number with no spaces or hyphens (-). Fields that require information are marked with an asterisk (*).
- Click the Edit Credit Card button to save the new credit card information, or Cancel if you've changed your mind.
You can keep tabs on your purchases and bids at any time. To view information related to your purchases and bids, click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page. You may be prompted to log in.
Under Buying Tickets, click My Orders to see all of your recent orders and the auctions you’ve won. Click Active Bids to see the auction-format listings you’re currently bidding on. Your orders and bids are divided into the following categories:
- My Orders – the tickets you’ve ordered and auction-style sales you’ve won. For more information on the features of the My Orders page, read about Viewing Your Order Status.
- Order History – the tickets you’ve purchased and auction-style sales you’ve won that the seller has confirmed. Once confirmed, you can use the FedEx tracking number to monitor your tickets’ journey from the seller to your shipping address.
- Active Bids – the active auction-style listings you’ve bid upon. At the close of bidding, the listing moves from Active Bids to My Orders (if you are the winner) or to Auctions Lost
- Auctions Lost – the auction-style listings you bid upon, but did not win.
- Cancelled – any orders you placed that were cancelled
Once you place an order, you can view its status on your My Orders page. To view your My Orders page, click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page. You may be prompted to log in.
Under Buying Tickets, click My Orders to see all of your recent orders and the auctions you’ve won. For each order, the Status column will show one of the following statuses:
- Not Yet Confirmed by Seller – indicates that the seller has received your order but has not confirmed it yet. Sellers have 48 hours to confirm orders.
In the rare case that your order remains unconfirmed beyond 48 hours, give us a call at 1.866.STUBHUB (1.866.788.2482). We’ll contact the seller about the delay in confirmation. - Confirmed by Seller – Not Yet Shipped – indicates that your order is confirmed and is covered by StubHub’s FanProtect Guarantee but has not yet entered the FedEx Tracking System. For this status, you’ll also see an estimated Shipping Date provided by the seller.
- Confirmed by Seller – Shipped – indicates the seller has confirmed your order and shipped your tickets. This status also shows your FedEx tracking number, which you can click to track your shipment.
- Confirmed by Seller – Last Minute Services – indicates that the seller has confirmed your order and you will be picking up your tickets at a Last Minute Service Center. Click the Pick-up/Delivery Info link for detailed information on when and where to pick up your tickets.
- Download Tickets – for eDelivery orders, this status indicates that your tickets are ready to download. Just click the link to download and print your tickets.
- At Will Call/Kiosk – for eDelivery orders, this status indicates that your order is confirmed and that you’ll pick up your tickets at a venue Will Call window or enter the event through any available ticket kiosk. Click the link to view detailed Will Call/Kiosk information for the event.
- Attached to Email – for eDelivery orders, this status indicates that your tickets are on their way and will be sent to you by email as a PDF attachment. Click the link to view additional information on receiving your email attachment.
- In Process – indicates that we are currently processing your ticket order. Check back in a few minutes for an update on your order status.
- Delivered – For FedEx orders, this status indicates that FedEx has notified us that your order was successfully delivered. eDelivery orders will show a Delivered status 10 days after the event occurs.
- Order Cancelled – indicates that your order was cancelled.
From your StubHub account, you can view any email notifications we've sent you in the past 7 days. We remove email notifications more than week old from your account.
To view your email notifications, click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page to view your account information. You may be prompted to log in.
Under Account Settings, click My Messages to view the email notifications you’ve received from StubHub in the past 7 days. For each email notification, you can view:
- The date and time the notification was sent
- The notification subject. Click the subject to view the content of the notification.
- The origin of the notification.
If you'd like to stop receiving our event newsletters, Ticket Update, you can opt out of our email list at any time. To do so:
- Click here to view the email unsubscribe page.
- Enter the email address you wish to unsubscribe.
- Click the Unsubscribe button to save your changes.
