High Point Panthers Basketball Road Schedule
The High Point Panthers are ready to pounce this season as they eye
some huge victories away from home against some of the best teams in the sport of college basketball. The Panthers have a
lot of talent this season, and they may just be ready to take their game to new heights. High Point participates as a member
of the Big South Conference, and they're always looking to do some real damage when they take on their conference foes. Last
season the Panthers played very well, notching enough victories to finish atop the North Division standings in the Big South.
The Panthers had the best conference record in the Big South in 2013-14, a feat they would like to repeat this time around.
It's not going to be easy to take home some road victories this season, as it never is, but the team is ready to lay it all
on the line to get the job done. You can help them to victory by heading out to some opposing teams' arenas this season to
cheer on the Panthers.
High Point will face a tough game early on when they take on the Memphis Tigers on November 22nd.
The Tigers are often one of the top teams in the nation, as they've always got a steady stream of talent coming to the program.
The Panthers will have to play their best on both ends of the court to capture a victory against a team of this caliber, but
it certainly is not out of reach.
Another big contest is set for December 10th when the Panthers head to Columbus, OH
to take on the Ohio State Buckeyes. The Buckeyes are going to be one of the toughest games of the season for the Panthers,
and you can be there in the stands to see it all happen. Take a look at the entire road schedule.
Panthers Basketball History
The High Point Panthers basketball team has been hitting the court for a long time. They
began as a Division II competitor and experience considerable success on that level, enough success that they were eventually
promoted to Division I. As a member of Division I they've yet to reach the NCAA Tournament, but they were able to make the
tourney multiple times on the Division II level. This program seems to be on the rise as of late, so be sure to catch them
in action this season.
College basketball is known for the exciting action that can be
witnessed in each and every game, no matter the teams involved. However, when you head out to see a team as good as the High
Point Panthers you're sure to see a fantastic level of play that will leave you wanting more. Catch the game from home can
be alright, but seeing a contest in person makes the TV experience seem a bit lacking. That's because the atmosphere at a
game is incredible to experience first-hand, as you're seeing the game the way it was meant to be seen. Panthers road games
are always filled with incredible plays that are destined for the highlight reel, and you can be there in the stands at one
of the great venues High Point will visit this season to witness all of the action first-hand. Don't miss out on another great
season of Panthers hoops as they hit the road for a bevy of great matchups.
