- To buy gift certificates:
- Select the number of gift certificates you want from the Quantity drop-down menu corresponding with the gift certificate value you want to purchase.
Note:You can only select one gift certificate value at a time. If you wish to purchase multiple gift certificates with different values, make separate purchases for each value.
- Click the Buy button. You may be prompted to log in or create a new account. To learn more, read about Creating an Account.
- If you're a returning customer with a credit card and billing address on file, the QuickBuy - Place Your Order page will display. Proceed to step 4.
If you're a new customer, or you don't have a credit card and billing address on file, enter your shipping address, billing address, and credit card information on the pages that follow and click the Continue button until you reach the QuickBuy - Place Your Order page.
- On the QuickBuy - Place Your Order page, review your gift certificate order information. Click the Change button to change any of your order information. Once you've made your changes, click the Continue button.
- If all the order information is correct, click the Place Order button.
As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order acknowledgement email. We'll send you a second email with shipping information and a FedEx tracking number for you to track your shipment.
- Watch for 3 emails from us:

Order Placed- As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an acknowledgement with a summary of your order.

Order Confirmed- You should receive this second email within 48 hours, at which time your card will be charged.

StubHub Gift Certificates- The gift certificates you ordered will be attached to this third email.
- We will email your gift certificates as PDF files to your StubHub email address within 2 days of your Order Confirmed email. Note: Viewing and printing PDF files requires Adobe™ Reader. Click here to download it for free.
- To guarantee delivery before December 25, you must place your order no later than 12:00 Noon, December 22, 2007.
Note: Tickets are guaranteed to arrive in time for the event, but some tickets may not arrive in time for the holidays. For more information on buying tickets as holiday gifts, including how to print a StubHub Gift Announcement, click here.
- You pay only the face value of the gift certificates you order. There are no service or delivery charges for gift certificate orders.
- Unfortunately, no. We can only send the gift certificates to your StubHub email address. If you wish, you can forward the PDF files to your recipients.
Important:A gift certificate cannot be used more than once. Attempting to use a gift certificate more than once (including printing multiple copies, sending to multiple recipients, or attempting to redeem a gift certificate multiple times) is a violation of the StubHub User Agreement and may result in additional charges, account suspension, and other penalties.

- Your gift certificate contains a GiftCode. To use your gift certificate, log in to your account and find some tickets you want. While ordering the tickets, simply enter the GiftCode in the Gift/FanCode field on the QuickBuy - Place Your Order page before you click the Place Order button.
Note:The amount of your gift certificate is applied to the full amount of your order, including all fees. If your order total is greater than the amount of your gift certificate, the remaining balance will be charged to your credit or debit card.
- All StubHub orders require a valid credit or debit card for verification purposes. In addition, if your order total is greater than the amount of your gift certificate, the remaining balance will be charged to your card.
- No. If you're not quite ready to buy tickets, don't worry. There's no time limit to use gift certificates. In addition, any gift certificates you store in your account will remain there until you're ready to use them.
- Yes. While bidding for tickets in auction-style sales, simply enter the GiftCode in the Gift/FanCode field on the Place Your Bid page before you click the Place Bid button.
Note:If you enter a maximum bid amount greater than the value of your gift certificate, your credit card will be authorized for the difference, plus fees and shipping or handling charges. To learn more, read about Bidding for Tickets.
- If you don't use the full amount of your gift certificate the first time you use it, you can apply the unused credit to subsequent purchases until the full dollar value of the gift certificate is redeemed. Simply continue to use the same GiftCode as you place additional orders.
- Yes. If you have multiple gift certificates, you can add them to your account and use them together - or separately - with future orders.
Once you've added gift certificates to your account, simply select the ones you want to use from the Billing page before placing your order.
To add gift certificates to your account:
- Click My Account at the top of the StubHub web page.
Note:You may be prompted to log in or create an account. Visit our Buyer Learning Center to learn about Creating an Account.
- Under My Info, click FanCodes.
- Type your gift certificate's GiftCode in the Enter FanCode field.
- Click Continue.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each of your gift certificates.

- Gift certificates must be redeemed through the StubHub.com website at http://www.StubHub.com or through customer service at 1.866.STUBHUB (1.866.788.2482).
- StubHub coupons, FanCodes, and gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance will be credited to the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
- If the ticket cost of an order exceeds the gift certificate amount, the recipient must pay for the balance with a credit or debit card.
- Gift certificates and their use on the StubHub website and via 1.866.STUBHUB are subject to StubHub's general User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
- Gift certificates should be handled as if they are cash. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen gift certificates.
- StubHub reserves the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate:
- is redeemed through the StubHub website,
or,
- is redeemed and used to make purchases on the StubHub website.
- StubHub may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
- IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
- StubHub reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.
StubHub Gift Certificates are issued and sold by StubHub, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
