About the Artists
iHeartRadio always brings all of
your favorite musical acts to one location for an amazing day of music, food and fun. This year's lineup is not to be missed.
Here are a few of the bands who will be performing.
Luke Bryan. Shortly after his arrival in Nashville, Bryan joined
a publishing house in the city. One of his first cuts was the title track of Travis Tritt's 2004 album My Honky Tonk History.
He was eventually signed by Capitol Records to a recording contract. In the meantime, Bryan co-wrote Billy Currington's single
"Good Directions," which shot to number 1 on the Hot Country Songs charts in mid-2007. Bryan co-wrote his first single, "All
My Friends Say," with producer Jeff Stevens. This song peaked at No. 5 on Hot Country Songs. In August 2007, Capitol released
Bryan's debut album, I'll Stay Me. Bryan wrote or co-wrote all but one of the album's 11 songs. The album's second single,
"We Rode in Trucks," peaked at number 33, while "Country Man" landed at number 10.
Jason Aldean. Pop country singer
Jason Aldean has been burning up the charts since he pierced the music scene almost a decade ago. He catapulted to true superstar
status with hits like "My Kinda Party," "Wide Open," "Big Green Tractor" and "The Truth."
Florida Georgia Line. Composed
of singer and songwriter duo Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, Florida Georgia Line is just the kind of country music that you've
been looking for. The two singers met while attending college. They soon began playing together and quickly found success
in the music world. They started things off strong with a debut EP in late 2010 called "Anything Like Me," composed of six
songs that were written almost entirely by Hubbard. They followed their EP up with a 2012 release of "It'z Just What We Do"
– a five track EP that contained the hits "Cruise" and "Get Your Shine On." Their debut album was a massive success,
growing their audience exponentially and winning the group awards from all over. The album so far has three singles that have
hit the number one spot on the Country Airplay chart, with the album as a whole also making it to the highly coveted number
one spot on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.
