For years, Annie's was an institution in the Cincinnati scene. The club hosted rock acts of all sorts, then hip-hop and rap as well. But in the late '00s, it changed its name to Inner Circle Entertainment Complex, taking on more of a hard-rock focus, which is what it started with. In a sense, you could say that Inner Circle returns the venue to its roots.
Inner Circle Entertainment Complex used to be known as Annie's Entertainment Complex. The venue was a hot destination in the Ohio Valley River area for years, drawing many national acts ranging from rock to reggae, hip-hop to bluegrass.
