Did you know that the Iowa State Fair has had butter sculptures of both John Wayne and Elvis Presley?

Talk about famous, both Wayne and Presley were nothing short of American icons, and it should come as no surprise that they were the perfect two to be celebrated by astounding butter sculptures over the years. Presley was made in 1997 and Wayne was sculpted in 2001, though they're hardly the only icons to get the honor. Other famous butter sculptures include the Peanuts Gang, Tiger Woods, Harry Potter and even Neil Armstrong.
