The Ivy League NCAA basketball tickets have been around pretty much as long as college basketball has existed in the United States, as the Ivy League is generally considered the oldest athletic conference. Traditionally, Princeton and Penn have battled for dominance in Ivy League basketball, and a distinct rivalry has developed between the two programs. This is a conference with some serious tradition backing it up, as these programs have been sending great teams to the hardwood for a very long time, and they definitely know how to put together a winner. There have also been plenty of great players to go on to the NBA as well, including Jeremy Lin, Chris Dudley, Geoff Petrie and more, and you never know when the next all-time great is going to burst onto the scene. You also can't forget about Bill Bradley, whose basketball skill shouldn't be discounted just because he happened to make it to the United States Senate. All the way back in 1902 and 1903, nobody could top the Yale Bulldogs when the conference (and sport) was in its infancy. The Bulldogs of Yale have won plenty of other titles following the early days as well, helping to create one of the strongest traditions of excellence in the conference.
