About Jim Belushi
in Chicago, Jim Belushi attended Southern Illinois University and went on to become a member of Chicago's famous improvisational
theater group, Second City. After honing his talents at Second City for three years, Belushi was cast in the television series
"Who's Watching the Kids" and "Working Stiffs" in the late 70s, which is when his Hollywood career started to take flight.
Belushi was thereafter featured on Saturday Night Live for two seasons, in addition to writing for the show as well. His most
recent television success includes the ABC hit comedy "According to Jim," in which he stars, directs, and serves as executive
producer and music composer for the show. The hit series was so successful that it was syndicated after its final season.
has also enjoyed a successful film career, appearing in Edward Zwick's "About Last Night" with Rob Lowe and Demi Moore, and
a variety of countless other roles which demonstrate his extraordinary range as an actor. He even did various voice-acting
