Jimmy V Classic tickets are available, and this annual charity college basketball tournament is a tribute not only to the great Jim Valvano, but also to the players, the coaches and the true heroes, the cancer survivors and researchers around the world. These sports tickets benefit the V Foundation for Cancer Research, and every year four big-time teams converge on Madison Square Garden for a day of college basketball.
The Jimmy V Classic has been held every year since 1995, and the format consists of four college basketball teams playing in a double-header with the proceeds going to the V Foundation. The Jimmy V Classic is held every December, and this year will feature Kansas State, Notre Dame, USC and Memphis in a day of college basketball action to remember.
