born Alberto Aguilera Valadez, grew up in the small town of Paracuaro, Michoacan. When he was just 13 years old, he composed
his first song titled "La Muerte del Palomo." Two years later, he fled the school, and never turned back as he pursued his
dream of becoming a musician. Gabriel soon started performing in local nightclubs and music venues throughout Juarez under
the stage name Adan Luna, even appearing on a few local television shows. After gaining a local following in Juarez, Gabriel
decided it was time to move on because he wanted his music to have a much farther reach than just one city. He moved to Mexico
City and started working with RCA records as a songwriter for established artists like Angelica Maria, Roberto Jordan, and

a recording contract from RCA. After signing with a major label at age 21, Juan Gabriel's career exploded, and he became an
