Gaspard Auge and Xavier de Rosnay formed Justice in Paris in the early ‘00s, and quickly earned the attention of dance fans after writing a song around the vocals of Simian’s “Never Be Alone.” It turned into a hit, earning them the opportunity to remix a number of more mainstream bands, including Britney Spears, N.E.R.D. and Franz Ferdinand. Their mix of catchy electronic pop and squalling beats was released on their debut, Cross, in 2007.
