The answer is Larry Brown, who was a great player for the Wildcats before going on to star in the NFL with the Washington Redskins. In 1972, it really all came together for Brown, as he was named the NFL's Offensive Player of the Year as well as the league MVP. That year was also the fourth time in five seasons that Brown was named to the Pro Bowl, cementing him as one of the greatest players in Redskins' history in addition to being one of the all-timers at Kansas State.
