Most bands come together simply trying to make music that audiences will love or has some creative merit. Kutless, though,
isn't like most bands. Instead, they approach their music as a mission to reach others and incorporate their spirituality
and faith into every aspect of their music. In the process, they have drawn fans to their tour
dates around the world.
The formation of Kutless came when the band members were at college and met while attending the same church in Portland,
Oregon. It didn't take them long to discover a mutual love for music, and they began playing gigs together. In 2002, they
released their self-titled debut album, and started gaining a following. Every release since has only increased their visibility
and popularity.
Kutless chose their name because of Romans 6:23, and they have been performing their songs as a mission since they released
their debut. Over the last several years, they have released hit songs like "Sea of Facse," "Strong Tower," "Tonight" and
many others. The best way to hear all of their hits is to see Kutless live at one of their concert
shows.
