There are a few ATMs inside the stadium. They can be found near Sections 111, 140, 146, 124, 236, and 512, and in the lobby of the Aggie Locker.
Fans may carry bags and backpacks, but are not encouraged to do so. Bags are subject to inspection at the entrance.
Visitors can bring cameras and recording devices into the arena.
Children must have a ticket for all events.
Food and drinks are available for purchase on all concourses. Concession stands accept credit cards as well as Aggie Bucks. For additional information, please visit the website.
There's plenty of handicapped parking on the grounds during game days. Please remember to bring valid ID or placards. Disabled guests can use shuttle services to get from Lot 50 to the stadium, but keep in mind that there's a $10.00 USD charge for parking in Lot 50. Only one person can accompany a disabled guest on the shuttle. Shuttles run starting 3 hours before kickoff until 1.5 hours after the game.

There are several first aid stations located throughout the stadium.
Gates open 2 hours before kickoff. Students should enter through Gates 1, 2, or 14. Guests of A&M players should enter between Gates 11 and 12, while guests of visiting team members should use Gate 4. High school coaches should pick up at McFerrin Athletic Center, and enter through Gate 4.
Look for any lost items at the MSC Suite 2240 Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central time. To inquire about lost items, call the MSC lost and found at 979.845.1515.

- Weapons
- Ice chests
- Umbrellas
- Strollers
- Pets
- Stadium seats larger than 16"
Visitors aren't allowed to re-enter the facility after exiting.
There are plenty of restrooms throughout the different levels of the stadium.
Kyle Field can accommodate 82,589 guests.
Signs and banners should be pre-approved before entering the stadium.
Smoking is not permitted in any area of the arena.

Box office windows are located in the Zone Plaza. Windows are open on days of events from 9:00 a.m. Central time until the end of the game. Guests can also visit the South End Zone/McFerrin Athletic Center booths starting 2 hours before kickoff.
For public drop-off will call, head to windows 1 - 2 at the Zone Plaza. For purchased will call tickets, use windows 3 - 6. For Media Will Call, look for Gate 7. Foundation donors can pick up tickets inside the Foundation offices at gate 12 starting 4 hours before kickoff.
