Born and raised in New Zealand, Pip Brown dedicated her vocals and guitar skills to the band Two Land Blacktop before the crew broke up in 2003, leaving Brown to start her own enterprise. After a move to London in 2007, Brown embarked upon a musical journey of her own, emerging with the outfit Ladyhawke and pounding out hit songs such as "Back of the Van," her first solo smash single.
She's toured alongside upcoming acts such as the punky indie pop vocalist Ida Maria, and Pip Brown's Ladyhawke is still garnering fans across the globe, also performing several shows stateside.
