Living Colour 2014 Tour Schedule

metal and heavy rock tunes to excited fans all over the world ever since. With a blend of funk and heavy metal, it's safe
to say that Living Colour was one of the most unique bands in the '80s and '90s, and their music still remains irresistibly
catchy and culturally important to this day.

Living Colour Background
Colour was formed in New York in 1984, when guitarist Vernon Reid assembled a talented group of rock musicians. The group
was closely linked with Black Rock Coalition, a prominent non-profit organization that encouraged black musicians to pursue
their love for rock music, despite the fact that this musical genre was heavily dominated by white artists at the time. In
1986, Reid finally solidified a solid lineup, consisting of Corey Glover, Will Calhoun, Muzz Skillings, and Reid. Pretty soon,
the band was touring extensively throughout the country, and in 1988, they released their first album together, titled Vivid.
After MTV started playing the video for their song "Cult of Personality", their sales momentum started to explode, and soon
Living Colour was one of the most talked about bands in music.
In 1989, Living Colour had established such a solid reputation
that they earned an invitation to tour alongside Guns N' Roses and The Rolling Stones. Living Colour's second album, Time's
Up, not only earned rave reviews from critics and fans alike, but it also earned the group their first Grammy Award for Best
Hard Rock Album. For the next several years, Living Colour enjoyed their time in the rock spotlight as one of the most beloved
bands around, but in 1995 the band announced their breakup.
Five years later, Living Colour reunited, much to the excitement
of their fans and the rock industry, and the group was more energetic and enthusiastic than ever. For the past nine years,
Living Colour has continued to blow the minds of audiences wherever they perform, and you definitely don't want to miss seeing
