Long Island Ducks tickets are available for Suffolk County minor league baseball fans. The Ducks will be preparing for another title run at Citibank Park this year, after winning a championship in 2004. This year's Ducks roster features plenty of talented young prospects, all of which will be giving their very best out on the field in the hopes of making it to a Major League team one day.
The name " Ducks" comes from a locally famous Suffolk County, NY building designed in the shape of a giant duck. The edifice is called the "Big Duck." Minor league baseball tickets will get you in the stands for the team that set independent baseball league attendance records in 2001, and continues to pack the stands today. The Ducks have been in Long Island since the team's inception into the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball in 2000.
