Luke Bryan Tour Schedule
The multiple award-winning country music star, Luke Bryan, is selling out venues all across
the United States with his chart-topping songs. Some of his most recognizable hits are "Country Girl," "Drunk on You" and
"That's My Kind of Night." It has been said that Luke Bryan's songs are comprised of honest lyrics and take on a controversial
in content and in tone. It is clear that the style of country music created by Luke Bryan is a far cry from "There's a Tear
in My Beer" by Hank Williams or other country greats like Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson. Luke Bryan takes the idea of storytelling
in a country song to a new level, but not the level of Ween's 12 Golden Country Greats. According to the New York Times, "As
country's demographic base spreads out, the music must reach beyond its niche. That's why baseball caps have replaced cowboy
hats, why outlaws aren't as raucous as they once were, why Taylor Swift is the most important pop star of the last decade."
Luke Bryan is on the cutting edge of this new movement in country music, making the idea of country more palatable to large
audiences. It is by no surprise that new fans are discovering country music by way of Luke Bryan signature style. Don't miss

About Luke Bryan
How does a young man grow up in Georgia and find he is selling out stages with a
new country? Luke Bryan is the son of a peanut farmer and grew up with his mother and two siblings. When he turned 19, Luke
Bryan left Georgia for Nashville to pursue his dreams of becoming a musician. Before reaching his destination, he learned
that his brother was killed in a tragic car accident. It shook the country music singer quite a bit and has made a lasting
impact. Instead of following his music ambitions, he did double duty working on the peanut farm with his father while attending
college. All the while, performing in local bars. It was not until years later that is father encouraged him to pack his back
and hit the road for Nashville to pursue his dream. After deciding to give it a go, Luke Bryan started writing songs in Nashville.
He received some exposure after his work on Travis Tritt's song, "My Honky Tonk History." Thereafter, he was signed a contract
with Capitol Records in Nashville. He debuted with the album, "I'll Stay Me," which was released in 2007. The song, "All My
Friends Say," hit the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart for over thirty weeks and peaked at the number 5 spot. It also made
the cross over to the Billboard Hot 100 list at 59. He was finding quite a bit of success when the Recording Industry Association
of America finally certified his album as gold. The album made it to the number 2 position on the US Billboard Country Albums
and 24 on its Billboard 200. That was certainly a lot of chart topping for one's debut album and singles. After all of the
accolades, Luke Bryan was invited to play at the famous Grand Ole Opry, where his sister secretly organized to have friends
from back home at the show. What is a bit tragic and heartbreaking about this wonderful event is that Luke Bryan's sister
passed away a few days after the Grand Ole Opry show. The two tragic losses of his siblings did not stop him from continuing
to play. It was 2009 when Luke Bryan returned to the studio to release his next album, Doin' My Thing. It was the single,
"Rains is a Good Thing," that quickly found its way to number 1 on the Billboard Country charts and this time the album was
certified as platinum. Luke Bryan was winning the hearts of critics and popularity among every day people. The third album,
"Tailgates & Tanlines," was released in 2011 and again found its way to the top of the charts. The song, "Country Girl,"
became a magnificent hit with both the United States and Canada certifying it Platinum. There were a few other popular songs
off that album called, "I Don't Want This Night to End" and "Drunk of You." Both made there way to the top of the chart like
so many other of Luke Bryan's songs. He then went on a long tour promoting his album before working on and releasing "Crash
My Party." Of course, it followed the lead of all of Bryan's other works and shot right up to the top of the charts proving
that he had made quite a commercial and critical success of his musical career. He just keeps getting bigger and bigger and
like a traditional country song his life keeps filling with heartache.
Luke Bryan's Breakthrough Album

a songwriter through working with Travis Tritt. After being signed to a record label, it was evident that the success of Luke
Bryan's first two albums provided a stable foundation for him to fully breakthrough to the next level with two-time platinum
albums. He is certainly a new country music star of a new era in country music.
