Chris Tsakalakis
President of StubHub and General Manager of eBay Tickets
Chris Tsakalakis is the President of StubHub and the General Manager of the combined eBay Tickets / StubHub business.
Chris led eBay's acquisition of StubHub in 2007. Chris has been an eBay Marketplaces executive since 2003. Prior to taking over the helm of StubHub, Chris managed the Advanced Solutions Group, which provided solutions for advanced buyers and sellers and includes eBay Stores, ProStores, Trading Platforms, Seller Marketing and Tools, the eBay Developers program and Shipping. Over a 3-and-a-half-year period, he managed the development and growth of the eBay Stores subscriber base from 50,000 to more than 260,000. Additionally, Chris oversaw the launch of ProStores, an eBay company offering complete Web storefront solutions independent of eBay.com.
Prior to joining eBay, Chris was a managing partner at Trefo, a consulting firm focused on high-technology startup companies. Prior to Trefo, he held management positions at two ecommerce startups and was also a consultant with Bain & Company for 6 years. He started his career in ecommerce in 1996.
Chris received a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Anne Robie
Director of Human Resources
As StubHub's Director of Human Resources, Anne is responsible for guiding and managing the company's organizational development and cultural objectives.
Anne brings over 14 years of strategic HR expertise to StubHub, including strategic planning, organizational and leadership development, and change management. Prior to StubHub, Anne led a consulting firm and worked with small- and mid-sized companies, most notably Nomacorc, where she worked with the senior team to increase leadership effectiveness and improve cross-cultural communication. Prior to Nomacorc, Anne held senior HR roles in accounting and technology services companies, including IBM.
Anne holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Anne is a certified yoga instructor, and she can often be found with her dog, Braxton, at Alamo Square in San Francisco.
Brigitte Ricou-Bellan
General Manager, International
As StubHub's General Manager, International, Brigitte is responsible for the overall development and execution of StubHub's international expansion.
Brigitte Ricou-Bellan is an accomplished executive and business unit leader with a strong portfolio of successes orchestrating the start-up, growth and optimization of various global businesses within online services, media, internet and telecoms. Prior to joining StubHub, Brigitte was with Dow Jones for 5 years, most recently as the Vice President and Managing Director of the Dow Jones Enterprise Solutions Group, driving the global development of the Factiva product line. Before Dow Jones, Brigitte worked in London as a consultant in the mobile industry and in Paris at Internet & New Business Development Head and Business Unit Director.
Brigitte is a graduate of ESCP-EAP/European Graduate School of Management and holds postgraduate degrees from Paris Dauphine University and Paris Sorbonne University. She is based in London.
Danielle Maged
Global Head of Partnerships
With 20 years of sports and entertainment business experience, Danielle Maged is the global head of business development and partnerships at StubHub. Her team is responsible for Strategic, Sports, Music, Theater, Corporate and Product/Technology business development, and activation/account management for StubHub. Danielle also serves on the Executive Team, which oversees all aspects of StubHub's domestic and international business interests.
In her 10 years with the company, Danielle has led and negotiated dozens of partnerships with professional sports leagues and teams such as MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM), the Yankees, the Redskins, UFC, New York Jets, the University of Texas, and the University of Michigan. Before joining StubHub, she held the position of vice president of business development and marketing at Be Here Technologies.
Prior to this, Danielle's position was vice president of marketing and new media at Madison Square Garden. Danielle also served as the director of strategic planning at ESPN International, handling growth initiatives in Latin America and Asia. Danielle began her career at the National Basketball Association, where she remained for five years.
Danielle holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, specializing in Strategy, as well as a bachelor's degree in political science from Columbia University.
Lance Lanciault
Director of Legal Affairs
Lance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of StubHub's legal affairs. Prior to joining the company, he was Associate General Counsel for GE Healthcare's Information Technology business, where he managed the global commercial and licensing legal teams.
Previously, Lance was Senior Counsel with eBay, where he was a strategic liaison to the corporate strategy and development teams. He joined eBay from the Washington, D.C. law firm of Arnold & Porter, where he specialized in antitrust and litigation.
Lance received a Bachelor of Philosophy from Bates College and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where he was editor-in-chief of the law review.
Matt Gustke
Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy
Matt is responsible for guiding and overseeing StubHub's financial planning, forecasting, strategy, controlling, and business analytics.
Matt joined StubHub in January 2010 after nine years with eBay, most recently as Senior Director of EU finance where he oversaw the company's European financial efforts, focusing on the allocation, analysis, and controlling of nearly $500 million in annual investments. In his time at eBay, Matt filled a variety of key finance positions, including senior director of finance and strategy for eBay SENE markets and Director of Investor Relations for eBay Inc. Prior to joining eBay, Matt worked as an Equity Analyst for JP Morgan Chase, covering the e-commerce sector.
A native of Wisconsin and a lifelong Green Bay Packers fan, Matt holds a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Noah Goldberg
Senior Director of Customer Operations
As the Senior Director of Customer Operations, Noah Goldberg leads Customer Service, Supply & Fulfillment, Trust & Safety and Internal Tools.
Since starting at StubHub in 2002 he has developed and managed a number of functional areas including Product Management, Business Intelligence, Partnerships, Business Process Management and Quality Assurance. Prior to joining StubHub Noah spent several years managing product development and then partnerships at TradeOut, an online business to business marketplace for surplus goods and off-lease assets. He also worked for MCA, a management consulting firm in Westport, CT, where he worked with a number of consumer goods and technology clients, focusing on marketing strategies and demand growth.
Noah received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College.
Raji Arasu
Chief Technology Officer and VP of Product & Engineering
As Chief Technology Officer, Raji Arasu is responsible for both Product and Engineering functions for StubHub.
Raji joined StubHub in 2011, but has been with eBay for over a decade. She is a seasoned technology and product executive with 21 years of experience in software development, specializing in online commerce and payments. In her previous role at eBay, Raji was VP of Engineering at Marketplaces, where she led multiple organizations over the years. Prior to joining eBay, Raji led technology teams at several companies, including Oracle.
She was recently recognized by the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal as a Woman of Influence for 2011. Raji has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University in India.
Ray Elias
Chief Marketing Officer
Ray joined StubHub in 2004 and has over 15 years of e-commerce and marketing experience.
He is responsible for StubHub's global marketing strategy and execution, including brand, customer acquisition, customer retention and communications. Over his tenure, StubHub has grown tremendously from a start-up to a leading consumer brand in live entertainment and e-commerce. Ray also played a key role in eBay's acquisition of StubHub in 2007. Prior to joining StubHub, Ray developed and led search marketing at Esurance, which was acquired by Allstate in 2011. He began his career in the late '90s with early stage internet start-ups in the action sports, and health and fitness verticals. He is also currently an advisory board member for ModCloth.com.
Ray received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a huge Texas Longhorns fan. He listens to a wide range of music, but his favorite live acts include Radiohead, NIN, and anything involving Jack White.
