It was then changed back to Ravens Stadium and then in 2003, it took the name M&T Bank Stadium.

was previously the site of the WM, Knabe & Co. piano factory, which closed its doors during The Great Depression. A cool

Pro football made its comeback
to Baltimore, Maryland, after a 12-season absence in 1996. The Ravens played two seasons at Memorial Stadium before moving

sits adjacent to the Baltimore Orioles' home, Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Prior to hosting the Ravens, the stadium was the
site of a piano factory, which shut down during the Depression. To pay tribute to the company's legacy, a sidewalk keyboard
mosaic is located on the southwest corner of M&T Bank Stadium.
Often coined as "The Bank," M&T Bank Stadium
is able to accommodate 71,008 fans. The design was inspired by surrounding Baltimore's architecture. The stadium features
119 suites and 8,196 club seats.
M&T Bank Stadium Historical Events
Even though it's primarily dedicated
to the Ravens, the stadium has hosted other milestone events like the first rematch in four decades of the Maryland-Navy series
recognized as the "Crab Bowl Classic" in 2005. The two teams met again at M&T Bank Stadium in 2010.
On October 24,
2015, the stadium will host a Big Ten match-up between Maryland and Penn State. Baltimore City College plays Baltimore Polytechnic
Institute every November in one of the oldest high school football rivalries in the U.S.!
And who can forget the Turkey
Bowl? Every Thanksgiving Loyola Blakefield and Calvert Hall College meet at M&T Bank Stadium.

has additionally hosted top-notch music and entertainment. Metallica played to a sold-out crowd on July 4, 2000. U2 played
