Marriott Center Trivia
you know that Marriott Center remains one of the biggest arenas in the country for college basketball?
Center was first opened, it was actually the biggest, with a capacity of more than 22,000. But that eventually changed when
renovations lowered it to just under 21,000 (still a huge crowd) and a few other arenas around the country were built. Even
though it's not technically the biggest anymore, the Marriott Center remains and icon of the local sports scene for a reason
and one of the best arenas in the country to see a big college basketball game.
